BVC Partnership Program operates under Florida initiatives for protecting, promoting, and improving child and adult health.
Child Care Food Program (CCFP)
The CCFP helps child care facilities implement best practices to ensure children have access to a variety of nutritious foods for healthy growth and to reduce obesity risk.
The program reimburses participating organizations for nutritious meals and snacks provided to children in their care. Participating facilities include childcare centers, family day care homes, recreational centers, afterschool educational or enrichment programs, and domestic violence and homeless/runaway shelters.
The Child Care Food Program also facilitates the Afterschool Meals and Homeless Children Nutrition programs. All three programs are funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service.

Building strong partnerships!
- Partner institutions must be legally registered and operating daycares, preschools, learning centers, adult daycares, senior programs, or similar care-based organizations.
- Applicants must complete the BVC Partnership Program Registration Form and receive approval from Buena Vida Catering management.
- Facilities must comply with all local food safety regulations and be able to support regular meal delivery and distribution.
- Partners agree to represent BVC services accurately and professionally to families, staff, and regulatory entities.
- Any promotional use of BVC brand materials (logos, meal photos, program information) must follow BVC branding guidelines.
- Partners must maintain confidentiality regarding menus, pricing, internal processes, and any proprietary program materials.
- Partners are responsible for providing BVC with accurate participant counts, dietary needs, and delivery instructions, ensuring compliance with meal service requirements.
- Facilities must ensure safe meal handling and follow BVC’s food storage and distribution guidance.
- Partnership pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly.
- Payment terms and billing frequency will be defined in each partner’s service agreement or purchase order.
- Discounts, credits, or program incentives are subject to periodic review based on volume, participation consistency, and operational commitments.
- Late payments or outstanding balances may result in temporary service suspension.
- Minimum meal quantities or service levels may apply to maintain partnership eligibility.
- Delivery schedules may vary depending on location, order size, and inventory availability.
- Partners agree to notify BVC of any changes in participant count at least 48 hours in advance to ensure proper meal planning.
- Buena Vida Catering is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, transportation issues, or facility access restrictions.
- Any unused meals must be discarded following food safety standards unless otherwise arranged.
- Partners agree to keep pricing, recipes, operational processes, upcoming menu releases, and business terms strictly confidential.
- BVC reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnership status for non-compliance with food safety guidelines, repeated late payments, misrepresentation of provided data, or other breaches of agreement.
- Upon termination, partners must discontinue use of all BVC brand assets and program materials immediately.
